ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's Foreign Minister, landed in Pakistan today on a two-day official visit.

Pakistan's 27th Foreign Minister of Pakistan and PPPP Chairman accompanied
by Hina Rabbani Khar and other officials received Dmytro Kuleba in
Islamabad.
This is Ukraine's first
ministerial visit to Pakistan since diplomatic ties were established in 1993.
Due to the ongoing crisis, Western countries and Moscow will be closely monitoring the Ukrainian foreign minister's visit to Islamabad.
Pakistan, on the other hand, has shown
worry about the circumstance but has not denounced Russia openly.
Pakistan and Ukraine discussed cooperation in several fields."It will contribute to the further strengthening of bilateral ties between the two countries," according to the Foreign Office.
Pakistan and Ukraine enjoy friendly relations, especially in the fields of trade, economy, agriculture, and higher education.
Foreign Minister Kuleba's visit is the first visit by a Ukrainian minister to Pakistan since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1993.
The visit is expected to help strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
