Military media said that approximately 12 innocent ladies were gunned down while on their way to cultivate their land. The heart-rending incident occurred on Wednesday, when insurgents opened fire on a vehicle carrying female farmers, killing 12 of them. The women from a pro-military village were going to work in Kywei Pon village when gun-wielding attackers opened fire on them, according to press reports. No group has claimed responsibility for Tuesday's attack in the Sagaing region. Three wounded women were transported to a hospital for proper treatment and medical attention.
