USA: Pennsylvania Shooting Kills 2, Injures 9

The USA,(Daily Post). At least 2 youngsters were killed and at least nine wounded in a nighttime shooting in Pittsburgh's East Allegheny area, officials said early Sunday. According to a press release from the city of Pittsburgh, the shooting occurred at 12:32 when a huge party was in full swing, in a short-term rented house, where up to 200 people had gathered.  Pittsburgh is a city in western Pennsylvania, USA, located at the confluence of three rivers. The press release further added that many of those who attended the party were under the age of 21. Police said officers responding to the scene on Suismon Avenue and Madison Avenue saw several youths fleeing the area. Both the victims were male.  Police did not say what caused the shooting or if anyone was arrested but said there was no danger to the public.  America's weak gun control measures have made shooting more frequent.  About 37,000 people were killed in the USA in armed violence in 2019.

Two TTP Members Eliminated In KPK'S Dera Ismail Khan

 ISLAMABAD, ( DAILY POST ).  Security forces in Dera Ismail Khan killed two terrorists aligned with the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).   Based on the information, the CID and army conducted a joint search operation for terrorists at DIK Kolachi Sunday.   During the exchange of fire, two TTP terrorists were killed, the report said.  Terrorists killed in the operation were identified as Khalil and Ahsan aka Deva.  Khaleel, according to security forces, was an expert in making suicide jackets and making land mines.  The eliminated terrorists were involved in the killing of five police officers, and the attack on the polio teams.  When it comes to putting an end to insurgency in the country, the Pakistani military will leave no stone unturned, ISPR said.  It further said that a large cache of weapons & ammo meant to be used against the army were also confiscated.

Who Enjoys Greater Autonomy?, Pakistani Or Indian Kashmiris?

Azad Kashmir is a Pakistani-controlled area that is officially self-governing.  It shares borders with the Pakistani provinces of Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.  Since its independence from India, it has had full access to all basic rights under Pakistan’s administration.
