2 Chinese language teachers among 4 Killed In Karachi University Blast

Karachi,(Daily Post). At least four people were killed in a bombing outside the University of Karachi's commerce department on Tuesday, according to the Sindh police chief.

Sindh Police Inspector-General, Mushtaq Ahmed Meher confirmed the death toll during a phone call with Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah. 

The blast occurred around 2:40 p.m. outside the commerce department, according to a handout from the CM's office.

Two Chinese nationals were among the four people killed in a blast at Karachi University, and several more critically injured were reported. 

A van was seen on television engulfed in flames, with plumes of smoke rising from its charred remains. 



According to the Balochistan Liberation Army, the suicide bomber's name was Shari Baluch or Bramsh, and she was the group's first female bomber.



Reports also revealed the presence of police and emergency personnel at the scene. 


On July 13, 2021, a suicide attack on a bus carrying Chinese nationals to the Dasu Hydropower project site in Kohistan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province killed 10 Chinese nationals and injured 26 others. 

Pakistani security forces have held India-backed terrorists responsible for such attacks on Chinese citizens who have been working on a number of projects in Pakistan. 

P.M Mohammad Sahabaz sharif, Chairman of PPPP, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, CM Sindh Murad Ali, Syed Sain Nasir Hussain Shah Provincial Minister at the Government of Sindh for Local Government, Forests and Religious Affairs expressed sympathies and support for the victims’ families.

Iran, US Nuclear Talks: Both Parties Will Meet Again Next Week

 O n Saturday, Iran and the United States announced that they will hold more talks next week.  Through an Omani official serving as a mediator, Steve Witkoff, President Donald Trump's Middle East envoy, and Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi exchanged messages. Both sides have classified Muscat's first round of indirect talks as productive. Iranian state TV said that the nuclear talks between the two countries happened in a "positive vibe. On April 13, President Trump said that the ongoing nuclear negotiations with Iran in Oman are "progressing well." He made this announcement while addressing reporters aboard Air Force One before attending a UFC event in Miami.
