South Korea Filed Lawsuit Against Key Israeli Executives

South Korea, Seoul — A lawsuit has been filed in South Korea against the 7 senior Israeli officials, for the first time ever.

A lawsuit against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Isaac Herzog, IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, Foreign Minister Israel Katz, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, and National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir has reportedly been filed in South Korea, according to media reports.

The case against Israeli officials was filed due to their involvement in 'crimes against humanity', and spiral atrocities against Gazans.

The South Korean government has not submitted its "war crimes and crimes against humanity" lawsuit against the Israeli government.

The case against Israeli top officials was filed by a coalition of approximately 5,000 people, including two members of Korea's National Assembly, the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy (PSPD) of South Korea, and the Asian Dignity Initiatives (ADI) NGOs.
