If Benjamin Netanyahu Enters Any of These Countries, He Will Be Arrested

The ICC Pre-Trial Chamber I issues arrest warrants for Yoav Gallant and Benjamin Netanyahu, dismissing Israel's claims to jurisdiction.

The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

The International Criminal Court ((ICC) issued arrest warrants for Yoav Gallant and Benjamin Netanyahu on November 21, 2024.

The ICC Chamber 1 issued summonses for two people, Benjamin Netanyahu, and Yoav Gallant, for crimes against humanity and war crimes committed between October 8, 2023, and May 20, 2024, the day the Prosecution filed the warrant petitions.

The ICC finds sufficient evidence that both parties deliberately and intentionally denied Gaza's civilian population access to necessities like food, water, medicine, medical supplies, fuel, and electricity between at least October 8, 2023, and May 20, 2024.

Netanyahu, on the other hand, has condemned the charges and called the ICC ruling anti-Semitic.

The Palestinian health ministry reported that since October 7, 2023, 147,950 Palestinians have been killed and injured by the Zionist army.

Countries declare they will detain Netanyahu after the ICC issues a warrant against him.

After the arrest warrants were issued on Thursday, Downing Street defended the ICC, saying the government supported the court's integrity.

France also warned that if the Israeli leader visited the country, he would probably be arrested.

A foreign ministry spokesperson, Christophe Lemoine described it as a "complicated legal issue" but added that France will comply with the court's decision.

A government official said Friday that while Berlin would carefully review the arrest warrants, it would not proceed until a visit to Germany is planned.

Prime Minister Simon Harris responded to the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court on Thursday by saying that Ireland would be prepared to hold Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he were to visit the country, according to Reuters.

"Those responsible for crimes committed in Israel and Gaza must be prosecuted at the highest level, regardless of who committed them," the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, and the nation supports the ICC's efforts.

The arrest warrants have been praised by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's ruling party, which claims that they were issued for the sake of "humanity."

Speaking on the social media site X, Omer Celik, the spokesperson for Erdogan's party, declared that Mr. Gallant and Mr. Netanyahu will "eventually be held accountable for genocide."

According to the Swiss Federal Office of Justice, if Mr. Netanyahu, Mr. Gallant, or Mr. Masri enter Switzerland, they will face imprisonment because the Rome Statute mandates them to help the ICC.

Sweden and the EU "support the court's important work and protect its independence and integrity," Swedish Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard said.

Mr Trudeau said, "that everyone is bound by international law," adding that the government will follow international court decisions.

Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that if the Israeli prime minister visits, he would be arrested under the warrant.

The International Criminal Court's decision to issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has been welcomed by Spain's Labor Minister Yolando Diaz, who stated that Madrid supports justice.

9 Dead After Vehicles Came Under Terrorists Attack In Afghanistan

Afghanistan, (Daily Post). Insurgents attacked two vans in the northern Afghan city of Mazar-e-Sharif on Thursday, killing at least nine people. "The bombs were installed inside the vans; as a result of those blasts, nine people were killed and 13 were injured," Mohammad Asif Waziri, the commander of Mazar-e-Sharif, said.  The local Shi'ite community operated and used the public transportation vans, he added.  The Shiite Muslim Hazara community, a minority Muslim sect in Afghanistan, is often attacked by armed groups, including the Islamic State.  The Taliban, who seized power following NATO's withdrawal, claimed earlier this week that they had eliminated the majority of the Islamic State's presence in Afghanistan.  Despite the Taliban claims, attacks on Shia Muslims continue in many parts of the country.

Israel Wants Indefinite Military Presence in Syria, Gaza & Lebanon

"The Israeli military isn't relocating people from cleared areas as it used to," Israel Katz said on Wednesday. The Israeli defense minister, Israel Katz, has announced his intention to maintain its  armed forces' presence   in Syria,  Lebanon, and  the Gaza Strip. The Israeli government contends that these forces will remain in these regions indefinitely due to strategic imperatives and security concerns.  This decision underlines Israel's commitment to safeguarding its borders and ensuring stability in these areas, Israel said.  Meanwhile, the Gaza Government Media Office reported that since the event on October 7, 2023, Israel has caused the deaths of over 61,700 Palestinians, including 17,881 children, 214 newborns, and 36,500 students who have been killed and injured by the IDF.  Under the pretext of the October 7, 2023, event, which involved Israeli civilian casualties, substantial portions of the border regions of Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza h...
