ISIL Killed 4 People In Diyala Governorate

Shamal Abdulrahman, head of security in the neighboring Kokis sub-district, said at least four people were killed and two others injured in an attack by Islamic State gunmen on mobilization forces tribes (Hashd al-Ashayiri) in Kashkaul, a village in Qaratapa sub-district in Diyala. The incident was reported by the Iraqi media on Tuesday.

According to the same source, other locals came to aid Hashd al-aid, Ashayiris, but their car was detonated by an improvised explosive device (IED).

The number of people killed or injured in the blast is unknown yet.
