Israeli troops brutally killed 2 innocent
Palestinian teenagers in the occupied West Bank, a Palestinian report said on
Friday.
According to the Israeli Border Police,
Palestinian youngsters hurled stones at Israeli soldiers near Ramallah in the
town of Umm Safa, putting their lives in danger.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported
that a 17-year-old villager was killed.
In the second incident, according to a
Palestinian medical source, an Israeli soldier opened fire on a vehicle that
was traveling near Nablus leaving one more teen martyred and another arrested.
The West Bank, one of the locations where Palestinians intend to form a state, has seen an upsurge in violence in the last 15 months, with an increase in Israeli crackdowns, attacks on Palestinian streets, and settlers attacking Palestinian towns.
Israel has killed up
to 206 Palestinians since the year's beginning, according to the Palestinian
Statistical Authority.
