A Belgian cabinet
minister recently said that her government supports South Africa's complaint at
the International Court of Justice, which highlights Israel's genocide in
Gaza.
Caroline Genz, Belgium's Minister of Cooperation, mentioned on X social media that "Belgians will fully support that verdict if the International Court of Justice issues a verdict against Israel regarding the genocide case.
" This tweet relates to Israel's genocide in Gaza, which has been put up by South Africa as a plaintiff at the ICJ.
Before that, Belgium's deputy prime minister, Petra De Soter, said that her nation could not remain silent about the genocide danger in Gaza and that it's crucial to support South Africa's lawsuit against the Israeli government at the International Court of Justice.
Apart from that, numerous nations, including Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Jordan, Malaysia, the Maldives, Namibia, and Nicaragua, have welcomed South Africa's genocide complaint at the International Court of Justice.
