Gaza Has Become Children's Cemetery

At least 11,000 children have been martyred by Israel Since the outbreak of ongoing conflict.

As per Save the Children International NGO, many more children are missing and are likely buried under the bombed buildings. 

Over 11,000 of Gaza's 1.1 million children, or 1.1% of the country's entire kids population, have been martyred by Israeli forces since October 7, the Gaza Ministry of Health said on January 9, 2024.

 Israel has committed heinous crimes against children, such as sexual assault, abduction, airstrikes on schools, and medical facilities, recruiting and using minors for military purposes, killing and injuring children, and preventing children from receiving humanitarian aid. 

As a result of its relentless bombing on the Gaza Strip, Israel is believed to have killed thousands of students, hundreds of instructors, and at least 94 university professors also, according to Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor. 

Preliminary investigations report of the Committee to Protect Journalists  (CPJ) surfaced on January 23, 2024, said that at least 83 journalists and media workers had been killed since the conflict began on October 7, and more than 25,500 Palestinians were martyred in Gaza.
