Thirteen passengers were killed on Wednesday when a passenger vehicle plummeted into the Neelum River in Neelum Valley.
Addressing the accident, authorities reported that although the police and rescue teams were sent to the location, the relief efforts faced many challenges due to bad rainy weather.
However, according to rescue officials, four people were hurt and were taken to the hospital, while 13 people in the jeep that plunged into the Neelam River were killed.
The mother and the two kids who were hurt while cutting grass at the scene were also been taken to the hospital, according to the police.
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari expressed heartfelt sadness over the loss of valuable lives in the Neelum Valley of Muzaffarabad district, the capital city of Azad Kashmir.
The President sent his condolences to the families of the deceased.
