RSF Massacred Dozens In Sudan Village

At least 40 villagers were killed in a paramilitary assault in central Sudan

According to a local resistance movement, at least 40 villagers were killed on Sunday when the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) attacked a hamlet in central Sudan. 

Non-governmental Abu Gouta Resistance Committee, told media outlets that at least 40 villagers were killed in an RSF attack on Gouz Al-Naqa village of Abu Gouta area in Gezira State."

The committee requested that civil society groups exert pressure on the RSF to grant local inhabitants access to bury the deceased.

Since the attack, the RSF has not yet released any statement.

In a June 2024 attack, Rapid Support Forces (RSF) massacred around 100 people in the village of Wad al-Noura in Gezira state.


The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), led by Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and its allies, known as the Janjaweed coalition and led by Hemedti, the Janjaweed leader, kicked off a civil war on April 15, 2023, during the month of Ramzan. 

Since the fight began on April 15, 2023, about 15,500 people have died and more than 8.2 million have been affected.

184 Killed In Haiti Over Practicing Black Magic

Port-au-Prince, Haiti — A human rights group claims that gang members in Port-au-Prince, the capital of Haiti, killed at least 184 people, the majority of victims were elderly. A local gang leader reportedly targeted them because his kid became unwell and eventually passed away, according to the National Human Rights Defence Network (RNDDH). Reports further added that the gang leader sought counsel from a traditional priest, who attributed the boy's mysterious ailment to a "magical activity" by elderly neighbors.
