Tibet — (Daily Post) - According to CCTV, the devastating earthquake that struck China's remote Tibet region at approximately 9:00 AM on Tuesday has claimed at least 126 lives.
The Xigaze City, also known as the Shigatse City officials said that more than
29,000 families have been moved, hundreds of stuck people have been rescued and more than 3,600 houses have collapsed.
The earthquake's 7.1-magnitude tremors affected adjacent
countries, India and Nepal.
China's state network CCTV displayed images and photographs of the
enormous destruction caused by the quake, including walls being ripped apart,
houses being reduced to rubble, and debris being spread all over the ruins.
