Washington DC, USA— (Daily Post) - Approximately 67 people were killed when an American Airlines passenger aircraft crashed in Washington DC.
A US Army Black Hawk helicopter crashed into the icy Potomac River
close to Reagan Washington National Airport on Wednesday, after a deadly
collision with a passenger Jet.
All of the passengers were killed when an American Airlines flight
collided with a helicopter as it headed to Reagan Airport in Washington.
The passenger plane and helicopter fell into the Potomac River,
killing everyone on board, according to President Donald Trump.
At least 28 corpses have been retrieved from the river where the
Blackhawk chopper and Aircraft 5342 crashed.
Authorities said it is improbable that anyone survived the
terrible incident.
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shahbaz
Sharif, and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari all conveyed their deep sorrow at the loss
of precious lives.
