Israeli Aerial Assault Kills 7 In Dmasucus

7 people, including children and women, were killed in an Israeli aerial assault that struck a dwellings in the Mezzah region in Damascus.  On Tuesday, Israel launched several missiles at a residential apartment in Damascus' heavily populated Mezzah district. The source added that efforts are underway to rescue people beneath the rubble.  Israel has been committing war crimes against the Sovereign states for a long time.  On September 1, 2024, Israel carried out direct strikes on the Iranian consulate building in Damascus, killing a large number of innocents, including diplomats and military generals, according to Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad, who was seen visiting the site alongside Syria's Interior Minister. Scores of Syrians, Iranians and Lebanese have been killed as a result of Israel's airstrikes against Syria and Lebanon since 2011.

In Palestine Recognition Spree One More EU Country Recognizes Palestine

After Norway, Ireland, and Spain now Slovenia has recognized Palestine.  The number of European countries who have recognized Palestine this month has risen to 4. Slovenian Prime Minister  Dr.   Robert Golob, following the footsteps of Norway, Ireland, and Spain, authorized the recognition of an independent Palestinian state.  Prime Minister Dr: Robert Golob said Yesterday that we have decided to recognize Palestine as an independent and sovereign state during a press conference.  He demanded during a news conference that Israel and Hamas put an end to their conflicts and the release of the captives. Since October 7, 2023, Israel's assault on the oppressed Palestinians has martyred more than 37,000 Palestinians.  We should all be ashamed of Isarel's heinous crimes which it has committed Under the nose of the USA & UN.

Bus Accident In Balochistan Claimed 28 Lives

As many as 28 passengers including children and women were reported dead by the local media after a passenger bus lost control and plummeted into a ditch.  The bus was en route to Quetta from Turbat city, a local police officer said.  The unfortunate incident came up in the Balochistan Washuk region early this morning at 5:39 A.M. Deceased and injured were transported to the local government hospitals for postmortem and ministration, one of the rescue members said. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, President Asif Ali Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti expressed their condolences to the families of the deceased passengers. 

The inflation rate in Iran shrinks to 37%

According to the most recent official economic numbers published by the government's statistics department elaborated that Iran's annual inflation rate has reached 37%, its lowest in the past 3 years. The Statistical Center of Iran released data on May 23 that showed the annual inflation rate for the period of April 11–May 11 was 37 percent, the lowest since 2021. Since assuming office in August 2021, the government of late President Ebrahim Raisi took steps to enhance the economy and increase people's purchasing power. According to World Bank data published in December 2023, Iran's GDP grew for a record-breaking fourth year.  The success of the Iranian government in reducing inflation and bringing stability to the currency market was recognized in the report.

Pakistani Military Wiped Out Terrorists Hideouts Killing 17

A coordinated intelligence-based operation in KPK ended in the deaths of at least 17 terrorists, according to a news handout issued by the ISPR on Monday.  The same source continued to report that five troops also lost their lives in bloody battles with terrorists.  Naik Muhammad Ashfaq Butt, Lance Naik Syed Danish Afkar,  Sepoy Taimoor Malik, Sepoy Nadir Sageer, and Sepoy Muhammad Yasin were among those martyred.  6 more terrorists were successfully eliminated by the security forces and multiple hideouts were raided" during IBO in KPK's Capital.  The ISPR said, "Many firearms, explosives, and ammo were also recovered from the terrorists who were killed.  The killed terrorists were involved in different terrorist activities.  Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, President Asif Ali Zardari, and PPPP  Chairman  Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed their profound sorrow and grief over the loss of military officers.   

Tropical Storms Unleashed Havoc In India & Bangladesh, killing scores

Cyclone Remal killed at least 40 people in Bangladesh and India over the weekend, according to reports. Around 25 persons were killed in India's eastern Mizoram region.  Cyclone Remal hit the Bangladeshi coast on Sunday night, harming nearly four million people and destroying thousands of homes. Storms and plenty of rain continued to pour in the vicinity.  Reporters claimed on Sunday that the storm began traveling across the coast in Bangladesh's southern district of Khepupara at around 8 p.m.  Emergency officials and government ministers reported that at least 800,000 people had been evacuated from their houses along the coast and shifted to camps.  Cyclone Remal killed at least 15 people Bangladeshi  officials informed the media.  India and Bangladesh have provided motor boats, medical kits, and other supplies to the people who have been affected by the deadly Tropical Storms. 

Baghdad Got Rid Of IMF Debts

The economic advisor to the Iraqi government, Mazhar Mohammad, confirmed that Iraq has paid off every loan it had received from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2003 and 2021.  He highlighted that the IMF provided Iraq with just $8 billion to assist macroeconomic stability and financial reforms, according to the Iraqi News Agency (INA).   The Prime Minister's Advisor for Financial Affairs, Mazhar Mohammed Saleh told reporters that in 2003 and 2021, Iraq bought several economic shipments from the IMF, including urgent loans and long-term monetary support.  A $5.34 billion funding package was authorized by the IMF in 2016 to help Iraq's economic reforms and fight against ISIS. Pakistan: Road mishap Near Kot Addu Claims 11 Lives

The Kot Addu district's local media reported that a vehicle accident close to Chowk Sarwar caused at least 11 deaths and 15 severe injuries. It further added on Saturday that a passenger van collided with a truck, causing the vehicle's body to crash. An ambulance ferried the injured to the district government hospital for medical assistance. Five men, three women, two toddlers, and one girl were among the deceased, according to the hospital management. The accident occurred while family members were traveling to the town of Bhakkar to meet up with relatives. No other information about the victims of the accident was brought to the surface by the government officials. 

India - Rajkot fire claimed 27 lives

According to Indian media reports, children are also among the dead. The fire was so intense that the bodies were completely burnt. Police say that the owner of the gaming zone has been detained and an investigation has been started. Preliminary investigations have revealed that the gaming zone management did not make necessary arrangements for clearance in case of fire. In the Indian state of Gujarat, a gaming zone suffered a fire that brought about 27 deaths and several injuries. The owner of the gaming area has been taken into custody by the police, who have started an investigation. The initial investigations have found that the gaming zone administration failed to take the appropriate measures for fire control.  Early on a Sunday morning, Gujarat Home Minister Harsh Sanghvi visited the site of the tragic gaming zone fire and reported one person went missing.  The authorities have been instructed by Chief Minister Bhupinder Patel to focus on the injured people's care promptly. 

A Deadly Gunfight In Café In Istanbul Claimed 3 lives

After a serious argument in a café in Istanbul, Turkey, 3 persons were shot and killed A clash broke out between two rival groups on Ayazma Street in the Ãœnalan District, which snowballed into a deadly shooting. Three victims, Tamer Kazan, Okan Güner, and Veli Hakan KarakaÅŸ, were discovered dead at the scene of the incident, which erupted at about 8.15 p.m. At least five more were injured, two of whom were in life-threatening situations and were sent to surrounding healthcare facilities. Three deaths from the gunfight have been confirmed by Istanbul's government.  

Israel Recalls Her Envoys From Three Major European Countries

Israel withdraws envoys as Spain, Ireland, and Norway consent to recognize the Palestinian state.  Israel withdrew its ambassadors to Norway, Spain, and Ireland on Wednesday in an attempt to send a serious warning to the three nations ahead of their acceptance of Palestinian statehood next week.  Ireland, Norway, and Spain's leaders said on Wednesday that they will officially recognize Palestine as a state. Azad Kashmir: Jeep Plunged Into Gorge Left 6 Dead

Pakistan — A Jeep skidded off a narrow mountain road and fell into a ravine in a remote area of Abbottabad, killing 6 passengers and injuring 7 more including women and children.  The report further added that the vehicle was traveling from Kaliyan Bazaar, Azad Kashmir when it was involved in a fatal accident near the Liran hamlet of Abbottabad on Wednesday.  Local people rushed to the accident site no sooner they heard about the accident and shifted the corpses and injured to the hospitals.  Muhammad Ashraf's wife, two daughters-in-law, and a little kid, Muhammad Aslam, and Umar Khattab were among those who died.  The injured were sent to local hospitals, including the Abbas Institute of Medical Sciences in Muzaffarabad, where they are still receiving medical treatment.  Pakistan Peoples Party officials and local council members arrived at the hospital and are working with the authorities to give assistance to the victims. ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan seeks arrest warrants for five people, including Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Hamas commander Sinwar. Spanish Politician Says EU Will Not Recognize Taiwan

During an interview with a foreign policy magazine Josep Borrell Fontanelles, a Spanish politician who has been serving as the Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy since 2019, said that Europe will not recognize Taiwan as a country.  Furthermore, he said that Europe needs to realize that breaking China through military conflict is not possible. 5 Israeli Soldiers Killed & 7 Wounded In Friendly Fire

The friendly fire cost the lives of 5 Israeli troops on Wednesday in Jabalya, in the northern Gaza Strip, and injured 7 others.  Two tanks opened fire on the front battalion headquarters, triggering the incident.  Junior commissioned officer Roy Beit Yaakov, 22, of Eli; Sgt. Daniel Chemu, 20, of Tiberias; Sgt. Ilan Cohen, 20, of Karmiel; Staff Sgt. Gilad Arye Boim, 22, of Karnei Shomron; and Staff Sgt. Betzalel David Shashuah, 21, of Tel Aviv, were the five soldiers who lost their lives on Wednesday.  They were all members of the ultra-Orthodox Hetz company of Battalion 202 in the Paratroopers Brigade.

Rumors That Pakistan Is Giving Military Bases To Other Nations Refuted

ISPR said on Tuesday that it didn't give military bases to any foreign country. Divergent reports regarding Pakistan's offer of bases to the US, a longtime ally, are circulating on social media. At a news conference in the northeastern garrison city of Rawalpindi, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reportedly said, "Neither Pakistan has provided military bases to anyone, nor would it do."  Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry replied to a query regarding whether Pakistan has provided the US with military bases in southern Balochistan and northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.  Unverified reports on social  media suggest that America wants to establish two military sites in Pakistan to monitor Iran, Afghanistan, and China.

Torrential Downpours In Brazil Left Scores Dead & 160 Missing

The death toll from severe rains that brought about floods in Brazil's southern state of Rio Grande do Sul has reached at least 80 and  leaving more than 111,000 people homeless,  the state government said on Sunday. Along with the cabinet-level officials, President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva landed in Rio Grande do Sul on Sunday morning for discussions with local authorities regarding relief and reconstruction efforts.  "Bureaucracy will not stand in our way of restoring the state's achievement," Lula pointed out during a press conference.  Volunteers helped trapped citizens during ongoing rescue attempts by swimming, jet skiing, and even using boats.  State governor Eduardo Leite stated, "It's a predicament situation that requires post-flood actions."One of the eyewitnesses in the state capital Porto Alegre claimed that since Friday, he and three buddies have used jet skis to rescue hundreds of people from floodwaters on nearby islands.  Severe floods h

3 Suspects Apprehended In Canada In Connection With Hardeep Singh Nijjar Murder

  Two days ago, the Canadian police announced that three Indian guys had been charged with the heinous murder of a Sikh separatist on Canadian territory. Iran Releases Israeli Cargo Ship Crew

All crew members of a cargo ship with connections to Israel are released by Iran. The crew members of the Israeli-affiliated cargo ship that the IRGC recently captured in the Persian Gulf have all been set free Iran's foreign ministry announced.  Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir and his Estonian counterpart Margus Tsahkna made remarks via phone call on Thursday.  The top Iranian diplomat added that all of the ship's crewmen who were captured in Iranian waters have been freed by Iran and can go to their home countries if the ship's captain cooperates.  Talking about Israel's violent assault on Gaza, the Iranian foreign minister encouraged all countries to assist in a long-term truce in the plagued territory.  The Estonian foreign minister praised Iran's efforts in freeing the ship's crew members.  He also pleaded for international collaboration to help put an end to the violence in Gaza.  Amir said the ship was seized by Iran by legal procedures.

TURKEY  —  A bus slammed into an overhead bridge's pillar, killing at least 9 and leaving 26 others injured.  The incident occurred on Friday, killing nine passengers on board and wounding at least 26, according to the province governor. The tragedy occurred when the bus departed from Izmir in western Turkey for Agri in the country's east, authorities said. The injured passengers were transported to hospitals in Ankara and Polatli, but there was no information available regarding their current condition.
